Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Naples, FL seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support heavy civil highway projects. You will help manage cost, schedule, subcontracts and owner reporting on FDOT-backed work, with room to grow beside the Project Manager.

This onsite role requires 5+ years of construction management and a four-year degree in CM/Engineering with business training; relocation to Southwest Florida is welcome.

Qualifications

• 5+ years assisting or supervising increasingly complex construction work.
• Four year degree in Construction Management or Construction Science, or an engineering or architecture degree with added business administration or accounting training.
• Able to coordinate multiple activities under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full time onsite in Naples.
• Heavy civil highway experience is a plus.
• FDOT project experience is a plus.
• Based in Southwest Florida or ready to relocate to the Naples area.

• Plan cost, resources and schedule for the project
• Administer subcontracts and manage subcontractor performance
• Coordinate workers, materials and equipment with the field team
• Interpret drawings, specifications and regulations for the team

A heavy civil highway and bridge contractor with work across Florida is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for a project in the Naples area. This is a strong opportunity for a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager or senior Project Engineer with 5+ years of construction management experience who wants a bigger seat on a stable project team. You'll help run cost, schedule, subcontracts and owner reporting on heavy civil highway work, much of it FDOT work. Southwest Florida locals are great, and candidates ready to relocate are welcome.
