Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects from planning to completion. You will work with project managers and field leaders to keep initiatives moving and help the team solve real on-site challenges.

The role emphasizes organization, clear communication, and hands-on involvement with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field staff. You’ll gain exposure to schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders while building

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of commercial construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering or Architecture
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
• Familiarity with construction documents, project schedules, and project management software
• A collaborative mindset and the initiative to take ownership

Responsibilities

• Help drive projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field staff
• Keep schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders moving
• Join project meetings and help turn decisions into clear next steps
• Visit jobsites, follow progress, and work with the team to resolve issues
• Build the skills and experience to take on increasing project responsibility
