Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support a range of complex construction projects in Wisconsin, from large healthcare facilities to data centers. You will work with Project Managers and field teams to help drive execution from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of construction experience, a bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, and a drive to grow into a lead PM role while ensuring safety and quality on

Qualifications

2+ years of construction experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking.
Experience coordinating daily with Superintendents and field teams.
Experience tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment.
Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management.

Responsibilities

Partner with Project Managers and field leadership to drive project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage RFIs and submittals; support procurement and subcontractor coordination.
Track project costs and budgets; assist with schedule management.
Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.
