Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience is required.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day management of commercial construction projects.
• Help coordinate schedules, materials, manpower, subcontractors, and project activities.
• Communicate with customers, GCs, field teams, vendors, and internal leadership.
• Assist with project documentation, budgets, billing, change orders, and job costs.
• Help monitor project schedules and overall project performance.
• Assist with identifying and resolving project issues.
• Spend time in the field to understand progress and production.
• Support Project Managers from project award through completion.
• Learn the financial and operational side of running profitable construction projects.
• Gradually take on additional responsibility toward becoming a Project Manager.
