Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Project Supervisor to assist the Project Manager at the Los Angeles AFB commissary site. Located at 483 N. Aviation Blvd, El Segundo, CA, the role focuses on directing operations and ensuring contract requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise department supervisors and employees, including client-workers.
• Train employees with emphasis on government rules and regulations.
• Ensure work meets government Performance Work Standards.
• Maintain a Quality Assurance System and provide feedback to staff and managers.
• Complete all reporting requirements in a timely manner.
• Inspect job performance with government representatives and initiate corrective action.
• Advise supervisor promptly on deficiencies noted by government inspectors.
• Maintain cooperative relations with government managers and participate in management meetings.
• Advise Project Manager promptly on changes in contract requirements.
