Lead technicians, monitor tickets, coordinate with vendors, and perform hands‑on repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

The role emphasizes dependable leadership, initiative after tasks, clear communication, and mentoring teammates while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on facilities maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry or related trades.
• Able to troubleshoot repairs with limited supervision and document findings clearly.
• Basic computer or mobile device skills for ticket updates and communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily maintenance operations across multiple locations.
• Lead, support, and mentor maintenance technicians in the field.
• Monitor and prioritize service tickets; update notes and photos.
• Coordinate with vendors; schedule access and verify completed work.
• Perform hands‑on repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and carpentry.
• Support preventative maintenance programs and basic project planning.
