Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support the Project Manager across engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases. The role may involve rotations across support groups and handling multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of construction project experience including scheduling, cost control, purchasing, subcontracts

Responsibilities

• Coordinates engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases.
• Assists PM in developing the initial project schedule with engineering, estimating, and construction personnel.
• Participates in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Develops subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and schedule exhibits with procurement.
• Supports safety by coordinating with Safety personnel and implementing project safety plans.
• Assists PM with project schedules and monthly management reviews.
• Conducts financial reviews and closes monthly project actions.
• Assists with RFI submittals using QISG’s document management system.
• Provides feedback to improve quality of technical, commercial, and administrative deliverables.
• Assists in procurement of purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Monitors progress of design, procurement, and construction.
• Supports project close-out and warranty administration.
• Performs post-construction cost reviews and lessons learned.
• Other duties as assigned by PM or Operations Director.
