Job summary

AGI Industries, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in our AGI Packaged Pump Systems division. This full-time, salaried role supports estimating and project management with documentation, vendor communications, and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: HS diploma, 6–12 months of related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related coursework is a plus.
• 6–12 months of experience in project management or estimating.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Estimating Department as directed by the Estimating Manager.
• Support Project Managers with project-related tasks and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain documents and templates related to vendor quotes, P&ID take-offs, and project deliverables.
• Compile and organize information required for RFQs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for equipment procurement.
• Attend client and vendor meetings when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
