Job summary

McGough is seeking an Industrial Assistant Project Manager to support project delivery across our industrial sectors. You will assist with managing project scopes, schedules, cost control, and teaming with owners, design partners, subcontractors and suppliers.

This role requires a degree in construction management or related field, at least two years of related experience, strong communication, and a detail‑oriented, self‑starter mindset. Travel to out‑of‑town assignments may be required.

Qualifications

• Construction Management or related degree required.
• Minimum 2 years related experience including self-perform capabilities.
• Estimating experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Thorough and detail-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints.
• Self-starter and motivated.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist pursuit team in understanding prospective projects and requirements.
• Research prospective clients and participate in preconstruction meetings.
• Prepare required documentation for QA/QC page turn sessions.
• Understand quantity take-offs and assist CPM scheduling.
• Assist with subcontractor procurement and bid analysis.
