Job summary

AGI Fabricator seeks a Project Manager to lead existing projects and explore new opportunities within the fabrication group. You will direct multiple projects through junior teams and ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget and to the customer’s satisfaction.

You will interact with company leaders, manage contracts and financials, and represent AGI Fabricator in negotiations and client meetings. Strong leadership and planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent leadership experience in construction/fabrication.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Strong planning, estimating and project close-out knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total fabrication effort to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise activities of all personnel on assigned projects.
• Interface with clients, A/E representatives and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Represent the company in meetings and negotiations.
• Manage contractual financials to protect company interests.
• Mentor APMs and provide leadership guidance.
• Develop customer relationships for future work.
