Job summary

Hypower LLC, Electrical and Utility Contractor, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Sr Project Manager in planning and executing electrical projects in Jacksonville, FL. The role includes coordinating material, inspections, and administrative duties such as invoices and estimates.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in electrical project management or estimating, strong MS Office and Accubid skills, and familiarity with Bluebeam, BIM coordination, and Procore.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in electrical project management or estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accubid Estimating software.
• Experience in Bluebeam, BIM coordination, Procore Management software is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects.
• Pre-plan and coordinate material and completion of required inspections.
• Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices, and estimates.
• Tracking and reporting project progress, Quality Control reporting.
• Performing other duties assigned by the Sr Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.
