Job summary

Hypower, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Service Division in Florida. This role supports management of projects from start-up to closeout under a Project Manager, focusing on schedules, procurement, and coordination.

Responsibilities include learning blueprints, reviewing shop drawings, coordinating material procurement, and maintaining documentation. Qualifications include 3 years of construction/cost management experience, take-offs/estimates knowledge, and strong

Qualifications

3 years’ experience in construction and cost management.
Experience or education preparing take-offs and estimates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer skills and the ability to learn customized computer software.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing projects from start-up to closeout under a Project Manager.
Coordinate with supervisors, trade contractors, and suppliers on schedules, progress, inventory and deliveries.
Learn to analyze blueprints/specifications, review proposals and project requirements.
Review and prepare shop drawings and submittals.
Coordinate material procurement, ensure compliance with policies and laws, provide status updates and maintain records.
