Job summary

Hypower seeks a Senior Project Manager for the Electrical Group in Jacksonville, FL to drive financial performance and successful delivery of complex electrical construction projects. You will lead estimating, preconstruction, VDC coordination, prefab integration, and production tracking, coordinating with field teams to optimize schedule, cost, and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, contract administration, and change order negotiations, while fostering long‑term client relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Proven ability to manage projects greater than $10 million.
• Prefab delivery experience is required, including coordination with VDC and field teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and Procore project management software.

Responsibilities

• Financial leadership: full responsibility for project costs, billings, projections, margins and commitments.
• Lead preconstruction, VDC coordination, and prefab integration with field teams.
• Proficient in change orders, scope analysis, and vendor/subcontractor coordination.
• Develop and manage schedules, WBS integration, and use MS Project / P6.
• Lead client relationships, vendor management, and internal team collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with processes, safety standards, and continuous improvement.
