Job summary

Hypower in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist the Sr Project Manager in planning and executing electrical projects. You will coordinate activities, prepare submittals, track material, and document progress and inspections.

Required: 4+ years in electrical project management or estimating; proficiency in MS Office and Accubid; experience with Bluebeam, BIM coordination, Procore is a plus; strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in electrical project management or estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accubid Estimating software.
• Experience in Bluebeam, BIM coordination, Procore Management software is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing projects with the Sr Project Manager.
• Pre-plan and coordinate material and completion of required inspections.
• Document job progress, changes, delays, submittals, RFI’s, etc.
• Conduct administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices, and estimates.
• Track and report project progress, Quality Control reporting.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sr Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.
