Job summary

Morrow Meadows Corporation in San Carlos, CA is hiring for an Assistant Project Manager to support electrical and energy contracting projects. The role focuses on preparing submittals, reviewing change orders, budgeting, and document tracking under the Project Manager’s guidance.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of electrical project administration experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical project administration.
• Ability/willingness to drive long distances as required (Northern California).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good computer skills, proficient at Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track product submittals
• Prepare and review change orders with Project Manager
• Prepare project budgets and breakdown labor task codes for internal tracking
• Prepare RFIs and track/document responses
• Assist Project Manager with schedule review and analysis
• Assist foreman with methods and materials
