Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience as a Superintendent.
• Proven experience managing projects larger than $7M.
• Must be a licensed Journeyman (or equivalent).
• Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all labor management activities and enforce safety protocols.
• Ensure high-quality standards from task execution to material selection.
• Manage labor productivity including budgeting codes and tracking.
• Collaborate with Field Operations Manager and Project Manager on labor needs and schedules.
• Develop contractor relationships and communicate professionally with field personnel.
• Attend project meetings and prepare on schedule, constraints, and items.
