• Pre-Project Planning: walk the job site, review drawings, coordinate start dates, catch issues early.
• Project Execution: keep work on schedule, resolve site layout issues, document change orders for billing.
• Project Completion: finish punch list, obtain client sign-off, hand a clean file to accounting.
