Job summary

Unified Door & Hardware Group, a Foundation Building Materials company, is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Team in planning, coordinating, and tracking assigned projects. You will help ensure smooth execution and maintain documentation across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 1–2 years in the door and hardware industry or related field, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree/Trade School and or related experience.
• One to two years as Project Assistant in the door and hardware industry or related
• Strong competency in computer software and project knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Able to organize multiple projects
• Well organized with ability to plan & coordinate
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management and coordination, tracking milestones
• Maintain project communications and documentation
• Review contracts and assist with purchase orders and changes
• Identify project requirements from drawings and coordinate submittals
• Support engineering to maintain schedules and scope compliance
• Provide general support to branch management and vendors
