Consigli Construction is hiring the Arch Direct - Direct Purchase Assistant Project Manager (DP-APM) in Boston, MA. This full-time role leads Direct Purchase scopes across projects, engages with regional stakeholders, and drives budget, schedule, risk, and quality outcomes.

You will mentor Project Engineers, manage revisions to SOPs, and support business development through interviews, proposals, and networking, ensuring strong customer service and project profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in full lifecycle purchasing, project management or similar role.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Experience with construction management software tools like Procore, Timberline, Sage, and Primavera P6.

Aufgaben

• Represent Arch Direct as primary contact and attend regional meetings.
• Manage Direct Purchase regional financials, including cost reporting and invoices.
• Collaborate with Arch Direct team to update SOPs.
• Participate in external events representing Arch Direct and Consigli.
• Mentor and manage Arch Direct – Project Engineers.
• Evaluate performance and identify training needs for staff.
• Contribute to interviews for project pursuits and early preconstruction.
• Lead development of optimal project profit opportunities and budgets.
