Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support the Project Manager across all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through completion, based on-site in Cypress, TX.

You will assist with scheduling, documentation, subcontractor coordination, cost tracking, and project communication to ensure safe, timely, and successful project delivery. The role requires 2–5 years of construction coordination experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of construction coordination or project engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

• Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and job costs.

Position Overview

Physical / Work Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
• Ability to walk construction sites and climb ladders/scaffolding.
• Exposure to weather, noise, dust, and construction activity.
• May require travel and irregular hours based on project needs.
