Job summary

AHU technology in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from preconstruction through completion. This on-site role requires delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of construction PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree in CM or engineering, and strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Manage scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
  • Lead subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • Monitor budgets, cost forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation.
  • Ensure safety standards and contract compliance.
  • Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation.

Position Overview
