Job summary

Salute Mission Critical is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the project manager in delivering data center infrastructure projects. You will coordinate communications with PM and project personnel, help develop schedules and CX plans, and assist with documentation and reporting.

Based in Warrenton, MO with up to 60% travel, this role requires strong organizational, budgeting, and communication skills, plus the ability to work remotely and visit sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years in project management or similar role; construction experience ideal.
• General understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Military experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with project scope of work and pricing.
• Coordinate communication with PM and project personnel.
• Develop CX plans reviewed by PM.
• Create project schedules for PM review.
• Review timelines for deliverables with PM and team.
• Organize project documentation from client/EOR/GC.
• Communicate requirements and travel arrangements to project team.
• Attend project meetings and prepare minutes.
• Participate in punch list meetings and testing-support activities.
• Create invoices in Ajera and monitor project budget and profitability.
