Job summary

Salute is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide direction on scope, organize project documents, and coordinate onsite testing while ensuring profitability. This role acts as the glue for the team, client, and vendors, reinforcing the Iconicx culture.

The position requires travel up to 50-75% annually to sites across the U.S., including Warrenton, MO, with additional opportunities for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in commissioning or mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Travel up to 50–75% annually; multiple relocation/site visits.
• Proficient with Smartsheet and Ajera.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope of work and pricing.
• Coordinate client and project personnel communications.
• Develop manpower requirements and CX plans.
• Schedule and lead testing meetings; create minutes.
• Monitor budget and profitability; drive process improvements.
• Create project plans in Smartsheet and manage them.
• Produce accurate revenue forecasts and invoices in Ajera.
