Job summary

Salute Mission Critical, a leading data center infrastructure services provider, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the project manager in delivering scope, schedules, and documentation for hyperscale client engagements. This role requires strong organization and clear communication to keep projects on track.

Expect 50-75% travel, with the flexibility to work from a dedicated home office. You will collaborate with PMs, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely, on-budget project

Qualifications

• 0–5 years in project management or similar role
• Construction experience ideal
• General understanding of mechanical/electrical building systems
• Ability to work from home and travel 50–60%
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and pricing.
• Coordinate communication with PM and project personnel.
• Develop CX plans reviewed by PM.
• Create project schedules for PM review.
• Review timelines for deliverables with PM and team.
• Maintain project documentation from client/EOR/GC.
• Arrange travel and communicate requirements to team.
• Participate in meetings and prepare minutes.
• Assist with punch list management.
• Prepare reporting templates for the team.
• Monitor project budget and profitability.
• Develop project plans in Smartsheet for PM review.
• Create invoices in Ajera.
