Job summary

Loenbro in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support electrical construction teams delivering mission-critical datacenter and infrastructure projects. You will work under senior PMs to coordinate schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs and field coordination, ensuring on-time turnover.

The role requires 3+ years of electrical PM experience, familiarity with PM software, CAD/BIM basics, and a collaborative, safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven project management experience in the electrical construction industry required.
• Applicants with mission-critical datacenter construction experience encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field encouraged to apply.
• Applicants with experience using Microsoft 365 and PM software/tools such as Accubid and Bluebeam encouraged to apply.
• NFPA 70E or OSHA certification encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide close support to the senior project management team.
• Develop project management techniques to ensure schedules are met.
• Initiate and track change orders and act as liaison for scope changes.
• Oversee third-tier subcontractors.
• Assist in creating and enforcing the project budget and SOV.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, quantity takeoffs, and material tracking.
• Support project closeout and documentation submission to the owner.
• Assist Quality Control throughout electrical construction and commissioning.
