Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical data center projects from initiation through closure. You will collaborate with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will manage planning, team direction, resource allocation, procurement, risk mitigation, and reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes, and experience coordinating multi-discipline

Qualifications

• 5+ proven years of recent experience as a Project Manager in the electrical data center construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools including but not limited to Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, change order requests, scheduling, take-off meetings, and client communication.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards with NFPA 70E or OSHA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Initiation: define scope, goals, deliverables; develop plans, schedules, budgets.
• Team Management: lead electricians, technicians, and subcontractors; monitor performance.
• Resource Allocation: coordinate materials, equipment, and procurement; manage vendors.
• Project Execution and Monitoring: ensure safety, quality, timelines; report progress.
• Change Management: handle changes; document and communicate adjustments.
• Quality Assurance: enforce safety and regulatory compliance; conduct inspections.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain project docs and submit progress reports.
