Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical data center construction initiatives from planning through closeout. You will collaborate with Project Executives, Field Leadership, and clients to define scope, budgets, and schedules.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical data center PM, strong knowledge of electrical codes, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, and P6. On-site in Red Oak, TX with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, P6).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, change orders, scheduling, and client communication.
• Commitment to safety standards with NFPA 70E or OSHA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead electricians, technicians, and subcontractors to meet objectives.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and procurement with vendors.
• Monitor progress, budget, and timelines; report to stakeholders.
• Manage changes and document effects on scope and costs.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance with codes and regulations.
• Prepare project documentation and final reports.
