Job summary

SitelogIQ, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our West Business Unit from the Central Valley with weekly travel to client sites.

You will assist the PM in achieving short- and long-term project goals while ensuring client satisfaction and delivering high-quality results. The role requires a bachelor’s in construction management or related field, 2+ years’ experience, and knowledge of construction tech and project management tools (MS Project, Procore, Blue Beam).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management/related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in construction projects is a plus.
• Experience working with environments with multiple stakeholders.
• OSHA30 certification (within one year).
• Must pass background check, drug test and DOJ Live Scan.

Responsibilities

• Supports project team (PM, site superintendent) with execution of contracts and site visits.
• Develops and maintains preconstruction, construction, and closeout plans; coordinates subcontracts and PO approvals.
• Maintains project schedules, timelines, durations, and sequencing; communicates to the team.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports.
• Interact with clients on assigned projects and promote positive relationships.
• Review shop drawings/submittals for design conformance prior to submitting to the design professional.
• Complete close-out requirements and turnover documents.
• Manage change control documentation and related financials.
• Understand contract-required quality and support QA for the project.
• Monitor project budget and report costs; save project information to company server.
