Job summary

SitelogIQ is seeking an Assistant Project Manager Intern in Southern California, with travel to project sites. The role focuses on supporting project teams, coordinating schedules, and assisting in preconstruction and closeout activities. Ideal candidates are self-driven and possess strong decision-making skills.

Target Salary is $25 per hour with mileage reimbursement for travel in your personal vehicle. Residency in Southern California and willingness to travel up to a week at a time are

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management/related field.
• Knowledge of construction technology, construction management, and MS Project -Procore, Blue Beam a plus.
• Must pass background check, drug test and DOJ Live Scan.
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Supports project team with implementation of contractual scopes of work and site visits for customer meetings and coordination.
• Assist in development and maintenance of preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans and procurement orders.
• Coordinates review and approval from Project Manager and communicates this information to the project team.
• Supports the maintenance of project schedules, including activities, durations, and sequencing logic.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports and communicate updates to the team.
• Interact with clients on assigned projects and promote positive relationships.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with design prior to submission to the design professional.
• Complete close-out requirements and turnover documents.
• Document changes and related financial documentation.
• Develop understanding of quality in design and construction and support QA for the project.
• Develop knowledge of the project budget and monitor/report costs.
• Support documentation of project information saved to company server.
