Job summary

SitelogIQ is seeking an Assistant Project Manager Intern to join our West Division in Northern California, with travel to project sites. The role involves on-site development of projects, supporting construction activities, and coordinating with the project team.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor's in construction management or related field, with knowledge of MS Project/Procore/Blue Beam preferred and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree in construction management or related field.
• Experience with project coordination and scheduling is beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supports project team with site visits, subcontractor coordination, and pre-construction walks.
• Assist in development and maintenance of preconstruction, construction, and closeout plans.
• Coordinate review and approval with Project Manager and communicate to team.
• Maintain project schedules, durations, and sequencing; report project costs.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports.
• Interact with clients and build positive relationships.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with designs.
• Complete close-out requirements and turnover documents.
• Change control and related financial documentation.
• Understand contract-required quality and support QA for the project.
• Monitor and report on project budget and costs.
• Document project information and save to company servers.
