Job summary

SitelogIQ is a rapidly growing energy and facility services company focused on making buildings better. We seek an Assistant Project Manager to join our West Business Unit in Southern California.

You will support the Project Manager on short- and long-term goals, coordinate with site teams, and travel weekly to client locations to ensure alignment and client satisfaction. Target salary is $80,000 to $100,000+ depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical,

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on construction project experience.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction technology and construction management software such as Procore, BlueBeam and MS Project.
• OSHA30 certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Supports project team (project manager, site superintendent, etc.) with the implementation of contractual scopes of work including site visits for customer meetings, subcontractor coordination, and pre-construction walks.
• Develops and maintains preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans, including subcontract creation and equipment procurement purchase orders; coordinates review and approval from Project Manager and communicates this information to the project team.
• Supports maintenance of project schedules, including targeted and actual activities lists, durations, and sequencing logic and communicates this information to the project team.
• Prepares Monthly Status Reports.
• Interacts with clients on assigned projects and promotes positive relationships.
• Reviews all shop drawings and submittals for conformance with design prior to submission to the design professional.
• Completes close-out requirements and turnover documents.
• Manages change control documentation and related financials.
• Develops understanding of contractually required quality in design and construction and supports quality assurance for the project.
• Develops working knowledge of the project budget and identifies exceptions to the budget throughout execution; monitors and reports project costs.
• Supports documentation of projects including saving all project information, emails, and pictures to the company server.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management/related field

Our Assistant Project Manager works with our West Business Unit and will be located in Southern California with the ability to travel to client sites on a weekly basis. The Assistant Project Manager who supports our Project Manager in short and long-term project goals while ensuring client satisfaction. Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities

• Supports project team (project manager, site superintendent, etc.) with the implementation of contractual scopes of work including but not limited to site visits for customer meetings, subcontractor coordination, and pre-construction walks.

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management/related field.
• 2+ years of demonstrated hands‑on experience in construction projects a plus.
• Experience working in environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction technology, construction management, and MS Project -Procore, Blue Beam a plus.
• Either hold or obtain OSHA30 certification (at our expense) within one year.
• Must pass background check, drug test and DOJ Live Scan.
• Valid driver’s license
