Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager on all aspects of a project, with emphasis on document control (RFIs, submittals, material delivery) and coordination.

You will oversee Project Engineer activities, mentor junior staff, manage subcontractor relations, schedule updates, and ensure safety and quality across the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture preferred.
• 3–5 years' construction project management experience.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate weekly meetings to resolve field conflicts and drive resolution.
• Support cost and change management with reports and reviews.
• Assist in developing estimates and bid proposals for lump sum and GMP projects.
• Oversee Project Engineer responsibilities including document control and RFIs.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain schedules and ensure timely submittals and deliveries.
• Ensure safety walks and proper documentation with field staff.
