Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Boston is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support project management services for client programmes. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide project support, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field with at least 3 years of experience, and demonstrates proactivity, organization, and teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience.
• Proactive, organized, and thorough with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the project is managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time.
• Manage submittal and RFI processes.
• Assist with preparation of proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.
• Assist with establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
• Maintain key information and data, ensuring proper retention and accessibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and team members.
• Interface with stakeholders including executive management, project team, consultants and vendors.
• Attend meetings, update logs, and drive items to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, attend status meetings, and follow up on action items.
• Contribute monthly reporting on various aspects of the Client's program.
