Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor job progress using a QMS program, including scheduling, estimating, and budgeting.
• Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid solicitation.
• Coordinate delivery of materials to ensure price, quality, and conformance to specs and budget.
• Review invoices and change orders and negotiate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Attend weekly job-site meetings and prepare status reports.
• Communicate with customers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
