Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Design preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in construction management, residential or commercial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Onscreen Takeoff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in maintaining project schedules and flag scheduling issues.
• Communicate regularly with Subcontractors, Architects and Design team to coordinate schedules.
• Process RFIs, shop drawings, submittals and other project details.
• Assist with buy-out of trades and development of Subcontractor scopes.
• Assist with the development and evaluation of change orders.
• Research and coordinate material vendors.
• Conduct site visits and accompany vendors to client residences as needed.
• Create weekly job site meeting agendas, attend meetings and document minutes.
• Reconcile credit card charges and help generate client invoices.
• Prepare daily logs and ensure transmittal follow up.
