Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a forthcoming Senior Living Development in Delray Beach, FL. The role supports the Project Manager from preconstruction through closeout, requiring strong organization and attention to detail.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers, maintain project docs such as RFIs and submittals, monitor progress and safety, and assist with budget tracking and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent combination of related experience and technical training.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, and communication with all stakeholders.
• Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring compliance with contract documents and safety standards.
• Support budget tracking, cost reporting, and invoice approval.
• Conduct site visits and assist with punch lists and project closeout activities.

Position Summary

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will work closely with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
