Regular Work Hours: Typically 9-10 hour shifts
Accountable to: Operations Manager
Position Overview: The primary responsibility is to assist Project Managers in constructing projects within the established time and budget, following all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
Skills: Construction Management degree or similar, proficient in computer skills, strong communication, multi-tasking, basic estimating, supervising, and leadership skills.
Characteristics: Disciplined, dedicated, motivated, problem solver, detail-oriented, people-oriented, team player, customer-focused, willing to be managed, community-involved, self-starter, with a sense of urgency.
