This full-time role supports field production for the Commercial Walls & Ceilings team, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards while upholding Higgins Group's safety and performance expectations.

The role requires leadership, manpower forecasting ability, and the operational insight to keep projects on track. Travel may be required to support multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides support with daily production activities across multiple commercial projects
• Assists the Project Manager to align labor, materials, and equipment
• Monitor job progress and proactively address production delays
• Conduct regular job site visits and field audits
• Assist with hiring, performance evaluations, and corrective coaching
• Manage labor budgets for projects
• Monitor productivity, hours, and production rates
• Identify cost risks early and implement corrective actions
• Review blueprints, schedule, specifications, and scope requirements
• Enforce company and OSHA safety standards
