• Organized, with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community.
• Some travel may be required depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, manage, and implement all facets necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
• Provide assistance to the Project Manager through construction planning and scheduling.
• Facilitate document distribution and act as liaison between project team and community.
