Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with commercial interiors, base building, or complex commercial projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-schedule, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasting.
• Coordinate owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and procurement.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear stakeholder communication.
• Monitor project risks, safety, and quality performance.
