The Opportunity: As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll work directly with experienced Project Managers on significant land development projects. This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on technical work and project management experience, setting you up for long-term career growth in civil engineering.

Key Projects & Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive land development solutions using AutoCAD Civil3D, including:
  • Subdivision layouts
  • Street and infrastructure systems
  • Utility integration
  • Grading and stormwater management plans
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and support permit acquisition processes
• Apply surveying principles to enhance project accuracy and efficiency
• Contribute to project documentation, specifications, and construction documents
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery
• Support client relationships and participate in project meetings

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• 2+ years of land development experience
• Strong AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• North Carolina EI registration
• Experience with Ajera financial management software is a plus
