Job summary

Convergint Technologies is seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Tulsa. You will assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, organizing and directing projects, while helping ensure on-budget, on-time delivery and strong cash flow.

Qualifications

• Basic project management experience in a technical environment (building automation, fire alarm, or life safety).
• Developing project financial skills.
• Leadership orientation and mentoring others within the organization.
• Strong MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, organizing and directing assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are executed within budget and time schedules.
• Maintain positive cash flow on all assigned projects.
• Interface with customer to maximize satisfaction and manage risks.
• Review actual vs. estimated costs and prepare cost reports.
• Perform other duties as required.
