Convergint is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for an on-site, full-time role in Tulsa, OK. You will support planning, scheduling and directing projects, helping to keep costs in check and meet deadlines while maintaining strong customer relations.

The position emphasizes teamwork, mentorship, and applying project management and financial skills to deliver results in building automation, life safety, and healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent required or preferred
• 3–5 years engineering, field service or project management experience
• Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, organizing and directing assigned projects
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
• Maintain positive cash flow on assigned projects
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction
• Identify project risks and support mitigation strategies
• Review actual vs. estimated costs and provide cost reports
• Perform other duties as required
