Job summary

MPI, a leading construction firm in the Greater Boston area, is seeking a construction professional to join its Quincy team. Based out of the Quincy office, you will contribute to complex, large-scale projects across multifamily, healthcare, higher education, commercial, and institutional markets. You will coordinate with experienced teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects from preconstruction through completion, upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience on large-scale commercial projects.
• Experience with multifamily, healthcare, higher education, commercial or institutional construction.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with field teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced project environments with multiple priorities.
• Stable work history with reputable construction organizations preferred.
