Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd., a well-established national contractor, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing Texas operation. In this role you’ll support the Project Manager across bidding, documentation and subcontractor coordination, with exposure to drawings, specifications, submittals, materials, and inspections.

You’ll benefit from a clear progression path to a Project Manager role as the Texas operation scales, a salary of $70,000-$85,000 plus ESOP, vehicle allowance, PTO,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience.
• Interior / Tenant Improvement experience highly preferred.
• Experience supporting a Project Manager with bidding, submittals, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with project fundamentals and day-to-day tasks.
• Assist bidding, submittals, materials, RFIs, budgeting, and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Work with drawings, specifications, submittals, and site inspections to keep projects on track.

Are you an Assistant Project Manager looking to join a well-established, nationwide general contractor where you will be given a clear route to progress into a Project Manager role as the business expands across Texas?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor that is opening a new office in Texas. Here, you will build real project management foundations and develop your skills within a structured team as the new operation scales up with an exciting pipeline of projects.

This company are a long-established commercial GC with multiple offices across the country and a strong reputation built on repeat business. As a result of continued success and major client demand in Texas, they are now looking to add to their early team as they grow headcount and establish a long-term presence in the state.

In this role you will support the Project Manager across bidding, documentation and subcontractor coordination. You will also work with drawings, specifications, submittals, materials, OAC meetings, and inspections to help keep projects running smoothly and to standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager looking to accelerate their development, learn a proven approach to estimating and project delivery, and progress through structured levels toward a Project Manager position.

The Role:

• Support the Project Manager with project fundamentals
• Bidding, Submittals, Materials, RFIs, Budgeting & Coordinating with subcontractors
• Up to $82,000 with bonuses, ESOP, PTO, 401(k) and more!

The Person:

• Experience working for a General Contractor (GC)
• 3+ years' construction experience
• Interior / Tenant Improvement experience is highly preferred
