You will support planning and delivery, manage subcontracts and change orders, track budgets, and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and the field team to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer on commercial construction.
• Experience on projects valued at $10M+ through full project cycles.
• Solid understanding of contracts, budgets, schedules and change management.
• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software and Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

They're looking for an Assistant Project Manager who is ready to take on real responsibility and grow into a Project Manager role.

• Work closely with the Superintendent to keep the site running smoothly

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer with a commercial general contractor
• Experience on commercial projects valued at $10M or more, ideally through a full project cycle
• A solid understanding of construction contracts, budgets, schedules and change management
• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software and Microsoft Office
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred
