Job summary

Hillmann Development Advisors, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in the New Jersey/New York area. You will support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and finalization of projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

The role requires 1–5 years in arch/engineering/design, a degree in a related field, and proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and CAD/BIM tools. OSHA 10 and driving requirements are included as part of qualifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent degree.
• 1–5 years of experience in arch/engineering/design.
• Certifications such as RA/PE/PMP/LEED AP/NCIDQ/RICS may be considered.
• OSHA 10 Certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects on time and within budget.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, including budget and base scope.
• Review deliverables prepared by the team.
• Ensure contracts and task orders are reviewed, approved, and filed per protocol.
• Track hours and manage project budget.
• Facilitate team and client meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Develop strong client relationships and identify new project opportunities.
• Read contracts and shop drawings; coordinate CAD/BIM and scheduling standards.
