Genuine Search Group in Texas is seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer to join a growing design‑construction firm handling commercial, industrial, and data center projects. You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers and field teams, gaining hands‑on experience managing every phase of construction.

This role offers a clear path to a Project Manager position, exposure to MEP coordination, and a stable backlog of work.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer in commercial/general contracting.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Background in commercial/industrial/data center construction preferred.
• Exposure to MEP coordination is a plus.
• Experience with concrete, structural steel, tilt-wall or PEMB beneficial.

• Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role with a commercial general contractor.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management (highly preferred)
• Background in commercial, industrial, or data center construction is preferred.
• Exposure to MEP systems with a working knowledge of mechanical and electrical coordination is a strong plus.
• Experience with concrete, structural steel, tilt-wall, or PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings) is beneficial.
