Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Permanent Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing, coordinating, and overseeing various construction projects from conception to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of construction management, cost control, budgeting, contract management, negotiation, scheduling, planning, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing complex construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • 2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
