ARMADA, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the Department of Health and Human Services in Rockville, MD. The role involves providing leadership and operational support for personnel security and managing daily operations in a mission‑critical program.

ARMADA is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Real Estate, Logistics, and Operations (RLO), Intake, Suitability, and Badging Services (ISBS). This position provides leadership and operational support for a mission‑critical personnel security and badging program, assisting the Project Manager with overseeing daily operations, managing staff, supporting Government stakeholders, and ensuring contract requirements are successfully executed.
